- Natural language processing (NLP) capabilities for understanding and responding to customer queries.
- Integration with CRM and knowledge base for personalized and accurate responses.

- Documentation and training for ongoing updates and system improvements.
Skills Required:
- Expertise in NLP and AI-driven customer support systems.
- Experience with chatbot development platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa).
