Job description

We are looking for an AI Developer to create an intelligent virtual assistant to enhance our customer service operations. The AI agent should:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via chat, voice, or email.

  • Understand and resolve common customer issues (e.g., order status, account information, product details).

  • Integrate with our CRM system to provide personalized responses based on customer data.

  • Escalate complex queries to human agents when necessary, ensuring smooth handoffs.

  • Continuously learn and improve from customer interactions to provide better support over time.


Deliverables:

  1. Fully functional virtual assistant integrated with our customer service platform.

  2. Natural language processing (NLP) capabilities for understanding and responding to customer queries.

  3. Integration with CRM and knowledge base for personalized and accurate responses.

  4. Chat, voice, and email support features.

  5. Documentation and training for ongoing updates and system improvements.


Skills Required:

  • Expertise in NLP and AI-driven customer support systems.

  • Experience with chatbot development platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa).
